1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 slices cooked bacon, diced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 c. fresh, soft bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 hamburger buns split and toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, onion, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Mix with hands until blended. Shape into 4-6 burgers and coat lightly with flour.

Fry, broil or grill the burgers for 7 -10 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired doneness. Serve in toasted buns
