1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 can mandarin oranges with juice

FROSTING:

1 8 oz. container Cool Whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well cake mix, eggs, oil vanilla pudding and mandarin oranges. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake @ 375 for 50-55 min


Frosting
Mix together Cool Whip, pineapple, juice and pudding. Frost and store in refrigerator.
