1 T. yeast
1 c. warm water
1 T. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. scalded milk

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk and let cool to room temperature. Mix yeast, water and sugar together, let sit for a couple of minutes. Add flour, salt and cooled milk. Mix well, add enough flour for a soft dough. Knead for a couple of minutes. Let raise for 10 minutes. Roll out on pan and bake for 15 min. in 350 oven. Take out and add pizza toppings then bake for another 15 min or until crust is done.
