3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
8 oz softened cream cheese
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped chives or green onions
2 Tbsp. milk
1 pkg. refrigerator croissant rolls


SAUCE:
1 c. water
1 bullion cube
2 cans cream of chicken soup
season with basil, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Open croissant dough and keep in a square, pinch the seam together where it would normally pull apart for a triangle.
Mix all the ingredients together. Place mixture in the center of the croissant. Pull up the corners and pinch together to form a bundle.
Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

SAUCE:
Mix ingredients and cook on low heat until warm, and smooth. Serve over croissant.
