1/4 C flour
1 cup of plain bread crumbs
1/2 Egg beaters Substitute (or 2 eggs)
4 pork steaks.......(1 1/2#)
2 teaspoons of kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 Tablespoons of oil........divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat large saute' pan on med high for 2-3 min.
First dip the pork steaks in flour........then egg mixture (beat eggs if not using substitute).......then crumbs.
Put half the oil in pan and brown on both sides....cook until done. Remove and cover to keep warm, then do the same with the remaining pork.
