Boneless pork chops
Eggs (beaten)
Water
Cracker crumbs
Celery
Onion
1 lg can tomato juice
A little catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork chops in about 1" cubes and put on a stick to form like a chicken leg. Roll in egg with a little water and then roll in cracker crumbs. Let set for about 15 minutes and then fry them to brown. Chop the onion and 2 stalks of celery and saute till soft in grease you browned the legs in. Put all in a roaster and pour the tomato juice over them and a little catsup and cook in the over at 350 for a couple of hours.
