12 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 quart cream
vanilla to taste
dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs at room temperature. Beat yolks untill creamed with about half of the sugar, whites untill peaked then add other half of sugar. Beat cream until stiff. Then fold all together. Add vanilla to taste--a little goes a long way. Place into containers and keep refrigerated at least 24 hours. Shake before serving.

We always have egg nog Christmas morning even though it is usually my dad and I drinking it all. He adds 7-up to his egg nog and so do I.
