2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. crisco
1 stick margarine
1 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. Buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. pecans
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Flour and Sugar. Put Crisco, margarine, water, and cocoa in pan and bring to boil. Pour into sugar and flour mixture. Add eggs, soda, buttermilk, and vanilla. Bake in 9X13 pan at 325 for 45 min.

For Icing: put margarine, milk, and cocoa in pan and bring to boil. Beat in box of powdered sugar. Add 1 cup pecans and 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour over cooled cake.
