"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
This recipe for Taco Soup, by Kristen Baker, is from At The Roylance's Table,
one of the cookbooks created at FamilyCookbookProject.com. We help
families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.
1 lb ground beef 1 pkg. ranch dressing 2 cans corn 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chiles 1 can Ranch Style beans Tortilla chips, sour cream, avocado and shredded cheese to top.
Brown ground beef in a pot. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until hot. Serve over tortilla chips and top with sour cream, avocado and shredded cheese. You can also make this in the crock pot. Brown ground beef and then add rest of ingredients.
This is not a recipe I enjoyed while growing up but since my parents moved to New Mexico, I have been seeing a lot more Mexican recipes.
