3 large tomatoes
2 avocados
1 ball of fresh mozzarella cheese
balsamic vinaigrette

Directions:
Directions:
Peel tomatoes and avocados and cut both into bite size pieces. Cut up the mozzarella also into bite size pieces. Add all three to a nice size bowl and toss with "Peace Marie" or salt and pepper. Top with balsamic vinaigrette and serve.
