2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 T. margarine
2 13 1/2-oz. cans chicken broth
1 8-oz. package fresh or frozen cheese tortellini*
1 10-oz. package frozen spinach
1 16-oz. can stewed tomatoes, undrained and coarsely
Grated parmesan cheese
chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, cook garlic in
margarine for 2-3 minutes. Add broth and tortellini, heat to a
boil.

Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add spinach and
tomatoes, simmer 5 minutes more. Serve, topped with cheese.
