1 lb. ground beef
1 large can chili
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small package of Frito chips
1 cup grated cheese

Directions:

Brown ground beef, drain. Mix in chili, soups and Frito chips. Spread mixture in casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
