1 cup butter or margarine
1 3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 cups flour
1-2 cans cherry pie filling(or any other berry pie filling)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, eggs (one at a time) vanilla together. Mix well. Add baking powder and flour. Mix until blended together. Spread 2/3 of the batter on a greased jelly roll/cookie sheet(the kind with edges). Spoon cherry pie filling on top. Drop the rest of the batter on top of the filling about 2-3" apart. It will not cover the entire pan.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350. You can serve with ice cream or drizzle warm frosting on top.
