prego sauce (10 oz)
1/2 cup onion chopped
6 garlic chopped
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp oregano
salt & pepper to taste
2 cans ( 4 oz) mushrooms

Directions:

In dip frying pan ( 12 inch) Medium-High pour oil & fry ground meat, onions, garlic for 5 minutes, pour Prego sauce and rest of ingredients simmer for 45 minutes very low heat. Cook one lb. of spaghetti according to package instructions, serve meat and spaghetti in separate bowls, in small bowl prepare grated Parmesan cheese, to serve individual.
