½ - 1 cup coconut 4 cups rolled oats 1 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup wheat germ ¼ - ½ cup sesame seed 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup rice krispies 1 cup honey or brown sugar ½ cup oil 1 T cinnamon 1/2 T tsp vanilla
Boil: 1 cup honey or brown sugar ½ cup oil 1 T cinnamon 1/2 T tsp vanilla Pour honey mixture over dry ingredients. Spread on 2 greased cookie sheets. Bake 30 minutes stirring often. Allow to cool- break. Store in airtight containers.
