1 box lemon cake mix
1 - 6oz package of lime jello
3/4th cup orange juice
5 eggs
1 and 1/3 cup oil
1/4th cup lime juice

Stir cake mix and jello together.
Add orange and lime juice.
Beat well.
Add eggs (one at a time), beating after each egg.
Stir in oil thoroughly.
Pour in to 3 greased and floured 8" or 9" cake pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Cool and then frost.
FROSTING - 1 stick butter, 1 (8oz.) cream cheese, beat until smooth, add 1 box powdered sugar, beat well, stir in 1 cup of chopped nuts.
