Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 lbs. of already marinated hot wings
2 c. Bisquick
1 T. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick of margarine, melted
Mazola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Get the wings from the meat market already marinated in hot sauce. Mix the Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper in a large plastic bag. (large enough to shake the wings in, with lots of extra room), Cover 2 large cookie sheet with sides with foil and cover the bottom with oil and then add 1/2 stick of the margarine to each pan. Add the wings about 5 or 6 at a time to the bag with the Bisquick mixture and shake to cover each. Place on the oil covered sheets. When all the wings are covered with mixture, place in a 400 pre-heated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the bottoms start to brown. Remove the trays from the oven and turn all the wings over careful not to disturb the coating. Turn the oven down to 350 and return the trays to oven to bake for 30 minutes.
