1 green pepper
1 cucumber
3 Roma tomatoes

3 C. water
6 T. vinegar
6 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice vegetables as desired.
Mix water, vinegar and sugar (adjust amounts to your taste.)
Marinate vegetables and syrup in refrigerator.
(You will find the vegetables hold up firm for several days.)
