1 lb hamburger
1/2 onion
1 cup uncooked rice
1 med potato - diced
2 lg heads of cabbage
2 lg cans of tomotoe juice (in concentrate)
catsup
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, potatoes, onion and rice. Add salt & pepper. Boil cabbage to soften. Roll hamburger mixture in cabbage; put in pot and add tomatoe juice and over cabbage. Cook in oven at 300 for 3-4 hours.
