Rinse fresh or defrosted scallops in water briefly, then drain on a paper towel. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and a little salt. Saute in butter or margarine for about 5 minutes over medium heat. When you see them turn from translucent to white theyíre done. Donít cook too long! Squeeze a little fresh lemon on top and enjoy!
