In blender mix 1 c vanilla Soy Silk milk, 1 frozen individual serving container of fat-free blueberry yogurt, and one banana to desired thickness

The number of flavor combinations for the smoothies we make are many. For any such smoothie you can use a frozen yogurt and fresh fruit component OR a frozen fruit and a unfrozen yogurt component OR both a frozen fruit and a frozen yogurt component. The Soy Silk component, vanilla or chocolate, available in the dairy section, is the the necessary constant.
