Graham cracker pie crust
1/3 cup of lemon juice
1 can condensed sweetened milk
8 oz cream cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven 350
Put pie crust in oven for 5 min, then remove and let cool
After cream cheese has softened beat it until light and fluffy
Add condensed milk and lemon juice, mix until blended
Pour into pie crust
Chill for at least one hour (store in fridge)

To mix things up you can use a oreo pie crust and mix crushed peanut butter or mint oreos in with cheesecake mixture to add a different flavor.
