2 c flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c sugar
3 tbsp butter
3/4 c buttermilk
1 egg, slightly beaten
vegetable spray

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Combine milk and eggs stirring until blended. Add to flour mixture. Stir until dry ingrediants are moistened. Drop mix by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 10=12 minutes or until biscuits are lightly browned.
