1 1/2 c. APFlour,
2 c. sugar,
1 tsp. salt,
1 c. room temp butter,
3 eggs,
2 tsp. pure orange extract,
1 tsp. grated orange zest
Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar,
2 T. orange juice,
1 T. mascarpone or cream cheese,
1 tsp. grated orange zest

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 13x9x2 inch pan. In a mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, & salt. Add butter, eggs, orange extract & orange zest & beat w/ handheld electric mixer until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 40 mins. or until lt. golden brown & set. Remove from oven & prepare glaze by combining ingredients in a bowl, stirring until smooth. Pierce over entire 'cake' with a fork then pour glaze & spread to cover evenly. Cool cake & cut into squares.
