1 lb. cabbage slaw
1/3 c. milk
2/3 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
2-1/2 T. vinegar
1 T. onion, finely chopped
