25 mushrooms with the stems removed 1 T. finely chopped parsley 4 oz. softened cream cheese 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2 T. finely sliced green onion 1 t. garlic powder or granules 1/2 c. sliced almonds (optional)
For the stuffing; combine all of the ingredients (except mushrooms) and mix well. Scoop the stuffing mix into the mushroom tops. Bake in the oven until brown (20-30 minutes) at 350º.
