This recipe for Turkey Stuffing (14-18 lb Turkey), by Carol Duncan, is from Kitty's Kids Sweet Memories,

1 bag of Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix for 14-18 lb turkey OR 1 box of Bell's Stuffing mix 2 large onions 3 stalks celery 1 tbsp of minced garlic 2 eggs 1 1/2 sticks of margarine (3/4 cups) Water- amount listed on the mix salt & pepper to taste
-Melt margarine in large frying pan
-Add onion, celery, garlic, salt & pepper
-Saute till tender approx 10 minutes
-In large bowl mix 1 cup water and eggs
-Add Stuffing mix and onion, celery mix
-Mix adding remaining water till desired consistency
-Place left over mix in casserole dish and bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes
