1 French baguette (or French bread)
olive oil
goat cheese
diced tomatoes
minced garlic
chopped fresh basil
mozerella cheese


Directions:
Directions:
slice baguette into diagonal slices 3/4 inch thick.

Brush on olive oil, put into 350 degree oven for about 4 minutes until lightly toasted. Take out of oven and decrease temp. to 250 degrees. Onto the bread put the goat cheese, diced tomatoes, basil, garlic and mozerella cheese. Bake about 2 more minutes until cheese melts.
