1 c pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse pumpkin seeds and pat dry: toss with butter until well coated, then toss with the other ingredients. Spread on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 300 for 45-60 min, burning occasionally, until crunchy and golden. Makes one cup.
