1 c corn meal
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 rsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 c buttermilk
1 egg
1/2 c cream corn
1/2 c shredded cheese
2 chopped jalapeņos
3 tbsp chopped green onions
