1 16 oz. jar roasted peanuts
1 pkg peanut butter chips
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. Eagle condensed milk
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1/2 of nuts in greased 9x13 pan. Melt peanut butter chips and butter; add milk. Cook until almost boiling. Remove from heat and fold in marshmallows. Pour over nuts, add remaining nuts on top.
