5 c cut up rhubarb
3 c sugar
1 sm pkg strawberry jello

Directions:
Directions:
Heat up the cut up rhubarb, add the sugar, boil until tender, (about 3-5 minutes), add the strawberry jello, stir until dissolved, pour into jars and seal

Makes about 4 1/2 cups
can use different flavors of jello
