1 1/2 lb of ground meat (beef, moose, caribou, etc)
1/2 lb ground smoked ham (opt)
3/4 c milk
3/4 c cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp diced onion
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c cranberry sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Spread the cranberry sauce and brown sugar in the bottom of a loaf pan.
Mix together all other ingredients and put onto the sauce mixture in pan. May put bay leaves on top if choose. bake at 350 for 1 hour.
