1 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients, except butter, into blender. Blend ingredients thoroughly.

Add butter just before frying.

Fry on sprayed non-stick pan untili edges brown slightly.
