1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 egg yolks
Pineapple rings and 8 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange pineapple rings in pan.

Dissolve butter and brown sugar in pan, pour over pineapple rings.

Mix cake ingredients in order. Fold in egg whites last. Pour over pineapple rings.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
