16 oz. cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozarella, divided
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1/2 tsp salt (I omit)
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp oregano
1 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce or equal amount of homemade
1 8 oz. package lasagne noodles, uncooked
1 cup water

Combine cottage cheese, 1 cup mozarella cheese, egg, spinach and spices. Stir well.
Spread 1/2 cup sauce in 13 x 9 baking dish. Arrange 1/3 of uncooked noodles over sauce and spread with half of cheese mixture. Add 1/3 of remaining sauce, 1/3 of noodles and other half of cheese mixture. Spread another 1/3 of sauce over cheese. Top with remaining noodles, remaining sauce and remaining cup of mozarella cheese. Pour water around edges. Cover securely with foil and bake in preheated over at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer or until browned.
