1-1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Cook pancakes on a greased griddle, flip when pancakes are bubbly.
