2 quart or large Yoshida's oriental sauce
2 1/2 gallon jar of jalapeno's
1/2 cup black pepper
1/2 bottle worceshire sauce
20 -25 lbs sliced moose meat
2 - 6 packs of Alaskan Amber Beer
for preparer to drink
1/3 bottle liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingrediants except meat and beer.
Liquify in blender. Soak meat in marinade for 3 days and preparer in beer for 1 evening. Dehydrate in dehydrator and wallah...you have Hangover Cure Jerky!
