2 eggs
1 box stove top dressing
1/2 stick of butter or margarine, soft
1 small chopped onion
1/2 c mayo
1 can mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1 bag of broccoli and/or cauliflower, or mixture of both
1 c cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add your favorite meat to taste: Chicken, beef, ham, turkey, or can of tuna, ect. This is a great meal for using left over meat. Boil broccoli/ cauliflower for about 5 minutes. Combine all the ingredience in a large bowl and mix. Transfer to a large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
