20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
8 oz. Velveeta Cheese
1 stick margarine or butter
1 stack of Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain broccoli. Place in 2 qt. casserole. Melt cheese and 1/2 stick of butter or margarine. Pour over broccoli. Crush crackers and toss with 1/2 stick of butter/margarine. Spread cracker mixture over the broccoli. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
