4 T. margarine or butter
2 C. rice, long grain white
1 can chicken stock
1 c. water
1 T. thyme
1 T. parsley
1 t. salt
1 t. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in melted butter or margarine until rice turns white. Add chicken stock and spices. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered until liquid cooks out.
