1 leg of lamb, deboned , cubed
1/2 c. oil
1 clove garlic
3 T. lemon juice
fresh ground black pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
marjoram, as desired
resemary, as desired
parsley, as desired
green pepper, cut into 1 in x 1 in pieces
tomato, cut into 1/8 pieces
fresh mushoroms, sliced
onions, cut into 1 in x 1 in pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate lamb overnight in oil, garlic, lemon juice, pepper, chopped onion, green pepper, and spices.

Grill meat and vegetables on kabob sticks or broil meat with vegetables, stirring frequently, until done.
Serve with rice pilaff.
