3 eggs
1/3 c water
1/3 c milk
1-2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with a beater. Batter will be thin. Heat a frying pan and coat with spray margarine. When hot, pour approximately 1/3 cups batter in pan turning it while you pour so batter will cover bottom of pan. Cook a couple minutes on each side until brown-spotted. Lift out of pan and fold up to keep warm. Serve immediately with butter, powdered sugar, syrup, jam or whatever you prefer. Roll up pancake after putting on it what you want and then eat with knife and fork.
