"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
3/4 stick of butter.. room temperature
3 cups confectioners sugar
Frangelico, Amaretto or Bailey's Irish Cream
1 can real whipped cream (Reddi whip)
4 squares baker's semi sweet chocolate
Boxed cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Bake your cake or cupcakes, I always use a boxed mix, use your favorite.
For Vanilla Icing:
Beat together butter and sugar, add about 1 1/2 cups of Reddi whip© (must be spray whipped cream-not cool whip) Then add about 2 or 3 tablespoons of Amaretto or Bailey's© or whatever flavored liqueur you prefer. If icing is too thin add more butter then add a little sugar, if too thick, add more whipped cream or liqueur.
Chocolate Icing:
Same as above, then you melt the chocolate in a double boiler. You may have to add a little milk to the chocolate so it can melt smoothly. Let cool for 5 minutes then add to the vanilla icing.

Personal Notes:
You can adjust this recipe a little bit. Just make sure to use Reddi whip or the store brand whipped cream. I actually spray it in the bowl without measuring. All the children in my girl's classes say that I make the best cup cakes, it's the icing.
