4 eggs, well beaten
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup 2% milk
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, pour into a 9" unbaked pie shell & bake at 425 for 15 min. Reduce oven temp. to 350 for 35 min.
