2 cups baking soda
1 cup cornstarch
1 1/4 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Put baking soda & cornstarch in a saucepan. Add water slowly, mixing well. Cook over low heat for 6 min until it looks like mashed potatoes. Spread on a cookie sheet to cool. Cover with a damp cloth. When cook knead for 10 min. Store in a airtight container after decorations are made you can air dry for 24 hrs. or bake them on a greased cookie sheet at 200 for 2 hours.
