1-1 1/2 lbs round steak cut 3/4" thick
2 tbsp flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 med carrot chopped
1 sm stock of celery, chopped
1-15 oz can of tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak into service pieces. Season flour w/ salt and pepper. Dredge neat in seasoned flour. Place onions in bottom of the crock pot, add meat. Top with carrots and celery and cover w/ tomato sauce. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hrs. Sometimes I add mushrooms, green bell peppers, parsley, chives and what ever sounds good to the taste.
