Ingredients:
9 eggs
21/4 whole milk
1/3c maple syrup (the good stuff!)
1/4c sugar
2tsp vanilla
1tsp salt
1 loaf french bread cut into 12 3/4" slices

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk eggs. Add milk and whisk together. Add maple syrup, sugar, vanilla, salt and mix. I usually add in some more spice if you like it too. Divide custard between two baking dishes. Arrange bread in a single layer over custard. Let soak for 10 min. Flip. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Remove from refrigerator and let warm for about 15 min. Slowly and thoroughly cook on griddle over medium heat.

Enjoy with berries and some good maple syrup.
