1 bag country style shredded hashbrowns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, melted
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated onion or sprinkle onion powder

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and spread into a greased 9x13 dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
