1 large onion, chopped
2 lbs ground beef
1 can kidney beans
1 can chili hot beans
1 can chopped green chilis
1 can Mexican-style corn
1 can shoepeg corn
3 cans tomatoes with chilis
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 package ranch dressing seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onions, drain. Add all other ingredients. Stir and cook over medium-low heat for about one hour (stir often). Cook until vegetables are tender (also good in crockpot).
